By accessing or using Resivivo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

Resivivo provides a cloud-based platform for housing associations to manage communication, voting, documents, and community governance. Each association receives a dedicated subdomain and isolated data environment.

3. Accounts and Billing

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Free Trial

New associations receive a 30-day free trial with full access to platform features. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to Resivivo. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may export or delete your data at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

Resivivo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
