ABOUT RESIVIVO

The platform we wished existed when we owned our first VvE.

Resivivo started with a real problem in a real building. We owned property in a Dutch Vereniging van Eigenaren and watched a community of four nationalities try to run itself on WhatsApp, email chains, and one volunteer translator. We built what we needed.

Why we built Resivivo

When the developer hands over a new building, the legal entity exists from day one — under Dutch Boek 5 BW, the Spanish Ley de Propiedad Horizontal, or whichever local framework applies. The operating system does not. A community of 30–80 owners, often from 4–5 different countries, suddenly has to organize voting, meetings, documents, and decisions together. The default falls into WhatsApp groups, email chains, and a shared spreadsheet that breaks down by the second annual meeting.

Our founder owned an apartment in a Dutch VvE and saw the multilingual coordination problem first-hand: announcements that arrived in Dutch when half the owners couldn't read them, decisions made in whichever language the loudest owner spoke, meeting minutes that lived in someone's email until that someone moved out. A friend on the Costa Blanca had the same problem in Spanish — the same dynamics, just translated.

Resivivo is the operating system we wanted. Every owner sees the platform in their own language. The board sees one source of truth. The administrator stays out of the day-to-day translation work. It runs on EU-hosted, GDPR-compliant infrastructure with row-level tenant isolation between communities.

What we build

Resivivo is a multilingual platform for owners associations — voting, meeting management, document storage, announcements, and governance decisions, all in each owner's preferred language. Currently English, Spanish, Dutch, German, and Polish, with additional languages added on demand. Built for two primary audiences: new-build vacation complexes on the Spanish coast where owners come from multiple countries, and administradores de fincas in Spain and VvE-beheerders in the Netherlands who manage portfolios of multiple communities. Every plan includes the full platform with no feature gating between tiers; pricing is per-community based on unit count, with portfolio pricing available for administrators managing many communities.

Who's behind Resivivo
